Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and national legislation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
We inform you that, pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the national legislation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, your personal data provided to us on the occasion of business relationships and/or on the occasion of promotional activities or relationships resulting from the use of our services, or aimed at the submission of offers or in the formation of contractual relationships, are subject to computer or manual processing by Us, for the purpose of:
1) Fulfilment of the Law related to civil, fiscal, accounting regulations etc.; fulfilment of the obligations arising from stipulated contracts; assistance and technical support regarding the products and services purchased by you, including post-sale and post-possible warranty period if expressly provided for; administrative management of relations.
2) Marketing and referrals, commercial profiling, information about future business initiatives, innovations made to our products and/or services, offers, market analysis, statistics. To protect personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, used, disposed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed inappropriately. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage guarantees 100% security, we adhere to all computer and procedural security requirements to protect your data.
We specify that we do not hold any data defined by the aforementioned Legislative Decree as "sensitive" i.e., suitable for detecting state of health, membership in trade unions, religious and philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties. The data will be processed using instruments suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality, and may also be carried out using automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data. The data in question sell disseminated by our company to our eventual network of sales - assistance and / or distribution of services (distributors, managers etc.), or for after-sales services. The data may also be transferred to our consultants and business partners only insofar as pertaining to the execution of the individual contracts signed. In addition, we specify that the Data referring to you may be communicated to - Ente Poste or other correspondence delivery companies, Banks and Financial Institutions, Debt Collection Companies, for the management of collections and payments deriving from the execution of contracts, Insurance Companies, Public Bodies; - Legal and Accounting Firms, external parties who carry out specific tasks on behalf of the company such as bookkeeping and tax and administrative fulfilments, for the management of collections and payments deriving from the execution of contracts and for the management of accounting. Your data may also be communicated, as a result of inspections, audits or requests, to the Financial Administration and to the Bodies/Bodies in charge of audits and controls about the regular fulfillment of civil/fiscal obligations. Considering the existing business relations, your data will be stored and processed by us until your instructions to the contrary. We emphasize that the processing of the data referred to in point 1) above is mandatory and essential for the purpose of the execution of the obligations of Law and/or Vs. adhesions to the use of our services and the regular fulfillment of contractual commitments, as well as for the purpose of the exact fulfillment of civil and tax obligations provided for by the current legislation and that said data will be processed regardless of your consent, pursuant to Article 6, par. 1, lett. b) of the GDPR.
The processing referred to in point 2) is optional, and, therefore, in case of your refusal, there will be no consequences, except our inability to ensure your information on the innovations made to our products and/or services.
This replaces and supplements any previous information.
